About The Position

A great online company is looking for an experienced community manager to be a part of our expanding marketing team. You will be responsible for defining and leading the company’s brand voice and image. The duties include creating and publishing content on all media platforms, reviewing social media and other marketing metrics to build and improve campaign strategies and crafting responses to customers’ feedback and messages on various platforms.

 

About The Role:

  • Create engaging and shareable content for blogs and social pages.
  • Provide community feedback to the management.
  • Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
  • Monitor social media campaigns and analyse web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a community manager in the Online marketing industry.
  • Experience with ORM in forums, sites, and social media- advantage.
  • Strong project management skills — planning, action orientation, prioritization, time management skills. Have the ability to work independently and to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confidence working with data to define, analyze, track and drive community goals.
  • You must love people and build relationships with a range of personas.
